How do I buy an item?

Browse our marketplace to find the perfect piece. You can filter by categories and subcategories or use our search function at the top. 

When you see something you like, click "Buy Now" or "Make an Offer" and follow the instructions to complete your purchase securely online.

Not all listings will have make an offer enabled, it is up to the seller. When enabled, Refound strives to eliminate lowball offers by limiting an offer to 20% off the list price.

The above order flow chart highlights the responsibilities that both buyers and sellers have when ordering and selling a product on Refound.

1. Buyer Completes Purchase Online - Buyer shops and completes online transaction, while selecting their preferred method to receive the good (Pickup, Delivery by Refound or Shipping/Delivery by Seller).
2. Seller Notified - At this stage the Seller is notified. Payment for the good(s) are held in escrow.
3. Seller confirms shipment or pickup - depending on the buyer preference chosen in step #1, the seller is responsible for promptly scheduling the delivery or pickup.
- Note: if selecting Delivery by Refound, Refound will reach out to both buyer and seller to coordinate a time. Once the item is picked up for delivery, the seller will confirm on Refound.
4. Buyer confirms receipt - once the buyer has the item, they can confirm they have received it on Refound.
5. Funds released - After the buyer confirms they have received the item, the Sellers funds are released and paid out in 3-5 business days.
