What is the Refound order flow?
Buyer and seller responsibilities outlined below

The above order flow chart highlights the responsibilities that both buyers and sellers have when ordering and selling a product on Refound.
1. Buyer Completes Purchase Online - Buyer shops and completes online transaction, while selecting their preferred method to receive the good (Pickup, Delivery by Refound or Shipping/Delivery by Seller).
2. Seller Notified - At this stage the Seller is notified. Payment for the good(s) are held in escrow.
3. Seller confirms shipment or pickup - depending on the buyer preference chosen in step #1, the seller is responsible for promptly scheduling the delivery or pickup.
- Note: if selecting Delivery by Refound, Refound will reach out to both buyer and seller to coordinate a time. Once the item is picked up for delivery, the seller will confirm on Refound.
4. Seller confirms item is delivered/picked up - Once the item is picked up, the Seller must mark the item as delivered.
5. Buyer confirms receipt - once the buyer has the item, they can confirm they have received it on Refound.
6. Funds released - After the buyer confirms they have received the item, the Sellers funds are released and paid out in 3-5 business days.7. Reviews! Our platform is predicated on building a trustworthy and safe community - please review your buyers and sellers!
