How does delivery work?

Option 1: Pickup
There is no additional cost to pickup the item at the seller's location. You can see a rough estimate of where the seller is located when scrolling through their listing. The buyer will see the actual location once an item is purchased.
Option 2: Delivery by Refound
We aim to differentiate Refound by providing delivery, which is coordinated by Refound with a few trusted partners. After a purchase is complete, Refound will reach out to the buyer and seller via email to coordinate the best day/time slot for delivery. Once a time slot has been confirmed, both buyers and sellers will receive notifications about their delivery.
Where do you deliver? Currently, our delivery range expands north from Longmont down the front range to Castle Rock. Please review the below map for delivery zones.
Delivery costs are based off the location the item originates from as well as the size. Below are the delivery options available (these costs are paid by the buyer - there is no cost to the seller for delivery):
- Small Zone 1 (fits in a standard car - roughly the size of a microwave) - $25
- Medium Light Zone 1 (fits in a 6' pickup truck - requires 1 person to move) - $75
- Medium Heavy Zone 1 (fits in a 6' pickup truck - requires 2 people to move) - $99
- Large Zone 1 or Zone 2 (larger than a 6' pickup truck or originating from zone 2) - $149
- Extended Custom Delivery (reach out to Refound before using) - $199
Option 3: Shipping/Delivery by Seller
Many sellers have existing shipping and delivery partners they like. With this option the seller will coordinate with the buyer directly to have the item delivered.
