What happens after I purchase an item?

After your purchase an item, the seller is notified and will take next steps based off the delivery method selected:
- Delivery by Refound - after a purchase, Refound will reach out to both the buyer and seller to coordinate a delivery date and time
- Pick Up - you'll have the ability to communicate to the seller directly via Refound to set up a time/date that works to pick up your item
- Delivery/Shipping by Seller - the seller will reach out to you to set up a delivery date/time
Please note, the seller will not receive any funds until you have confirmed you received your item. If you're concerned regarding the delivery of an item, please reach out to Refound support ([email protected]) or submit a support ticket.
