Refound Feature Update - 10.7.25

We’ve introduced text message notifications to help you stay updated on activity within your Refound account. You can now receive text alerts for inquiries, purchases, and offers, so you never miss an important update.

1. Go to your Refound Profile.

2. Select Account Settings and open Contact Details.

3. Add your mobile number.

4. Check the box labeled “I agree to receive text messages for account and order updates and notifcations.”

Once these steps are complete, you’ll start receiving text notifications related to your account.

When there’s an inquiry, offer, or purchase, you’ll receive a text message with a link that takes you directly to Refound. From there, you can view and respond to messages in your account.

Please note that you cannot reply directly to the text message. All communication must be done through your Refound account using the link provided in the message.
